S3 Storage Module

This module allows to connect FreeScout to any S3 storage (AWS, DitigalOcean, etc) and store attachments, user photos, customer photos and uploads in the remote storage.

Module is free. In order to install the module – download it using “Download Now” button. Installation Instructions are available here.

Configuring

Add the following parameters to the .env file and clear cache:

When viewing or downloading attachments stored in S3, they are proxied through PHP. Users’ photos, customers’ photos, and files in ‘/uploads’ are served via direct URLs to S3 storage.
